Keily Blair is an Irish lawyer and business executive who serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OnlyFans. Born in Dublin, Ireland, she moved to Oxford, England, in 2000 to study Law and Politics at Oxford Brookes University, earning a B.A. (Hons.).

Blair began her legal career at the "Magic Circle" firm Allen & Overy in September 2005, followed by a position at Morrison & Foerster.
