Katy Neas is the Chief Executive Officer of The Arc of the United States, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for and with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. In this role, she leads the national office and supports a network of 549 chapters across 48 states, working to drive strategy, coordination, and impact nationwide.
