Kathryn Parsons is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Decoded, a technology education company she established over a decade ago in 2011. Decoded's mission is to decode the digital world, providing education for boards and leadership teams across the Global 2000. The company offers extensive AI upskilling and reskilling programs, including qualifications in advanced analytics, data engineering, software development, generative AI, and executive-level data science.
