Kathleen Vaillancourt is an entrepreneur with two decades of experience in energy-economy-environment (3E) system modeling. She is the President of ESMIA Consultants, a company she founded in Canada. Her work focuses on studying complex issues such as energy security and energy transition.

Ms. Vaillancourt is also the Operating Agent for the IEA-ETSAP (Energy Technology Systems Analysis Program).
