Kathleen L. Quirk is an American businesswoman who serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Freeport-McMoRan (FCX), a Fortune 500 mining company. She earned a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
Quirk joined Freeport-McMoRan in 1989. Her career at the company includes roles such as Treasurer in 2000, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice-President from December 2003.
