Kathleen Fisher is the Director of the Cybersecurity Initiative at RAND, a position she has held since 2025. In this role, she leads efforts related to cybersecurity research and policy.
Prior to her tenure at RAND, Fisher contributed to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) for over four years. She also held an academic position as a Professor at Tufts University for more than ten years, from March 2011 to October 2021.
