Katharine Kemp is an Associate Professor of Law at UNSW, where she leads the UNSW Public Interest Law & Tech Initiative. Her academic work and research focus on critical areas including data privacy, consumer protection, and competition regulation, with a particular emphasis on their application to digital platforms. She convenes and lectures courses such as Data Privacy Law and Contracts at UNSW Law, and supervises HDR candidates in these fields.
