Biography

Katell Le Goulven serves as an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at INSEAD, where she also founded and leads the Hoffmann Institute. With 25 years of experience, she is recognized as a Senior Sustainable Development Leader, specializing in leading change and incubating new ideas.

Prior to her current roles, Le Goulven made significant contributions at UNICEF. She founded and led the organization's first global foresight function and created its first climate change function.
