Kate Kavanaugh is a founder, speaker, writer, farmer, and nutritionist known for her work in agriculture and food systems. She founded Western Daughters Butcher Shop in 2013, a small grocery focused on producer relationships and regenerative practices. Currently, she is the Founder of Ground Work Collective, established in 2019, and also serves as the Special Projects and Strategic Communications Manager at Force of Nature Meats since 2025.
