Kate Fearon currently serves as the Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre. Her career includes significant roles in international monitoring and diplomatic missions. She was the Deputy Head of Mission/Chief of Staff at the European Union Monitoring Mission In Georgia (Eumm).

Prior to her work with the European Union Monitoring Mission, Fearon was the Head of the Mitrovica Office for Ico-Eusr The International Civilian Office - European Union Special Representative.
