Kasim Kutay is the CEO of Novo Holdings, a holding and investment company based in Copenhagen. Novo Holdings is wholly owned by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and is responsible for managing its assets and wealth, making it one of the world’s largest enterprise foundations.

Under Kutay's leadership, Novo Holdings functions as the controlling shareholder of Novo Nordisk and Novonesis, collectively known as the Novo Group companies.
