Karina Nguyen is engaged in AI research and product development, currently contributing to the development of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) at OpenAI. Her work involves researching Reinforcement Learning (RL) and inventing products designed to fundamentally change human interaction with AI systems.

Prior to her role at OpenAI, Nguyen held a similar position at Anthropic, where she also focused on AI research and product innovation.
