Karen Leanne Webb serves as the Commissioner of the New South Wales Police Force, a position she was formally appointed to on February 1, 2022. She holds the distinction of being the first woman appointed to this office. Webb is noted to leave the position on June 6, 2025.

Webb began her career with NSW Police in 1987, initially joining the Castle Hill Police Station. Her responsibilities included traffic and highway patrol and public transport.
