Karen Karniol-Tambour is the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Bridgewater Associates, where she is responsible for managing the company’s investment process. Her role involves overseeing the systemization of Bridgewater’s research into trading strategies, managing the development of proprietary investment management models, and directing the design and implementation of client investment strategies. She joined Bridgewater in 2006 following her graduation from Princeton University.
