Kaoru Kobu serves as the Head of ESG Japan Equity and a Research Analyst at Invesco. In this role, Kobu focuses on environmental, social, and governance factors within the Japanese equity market.

Prior to joining Invesco, Kobu held significant positions at J.P. Morgan. Kobu was an Executive Director and Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Earlier in their career, Kobu worked as an Associate within the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan.
