Oleksandr Kamyshin currently serves as an Advisor to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on strategic affairs. He is actively involved in building Ukraine’s defense industry, a focus he maintained during his tenure as Minister of Strategic Industries from March 2023 to September 2024. In this role, he reported a significant increase in defense production, with June 2023 alone seeing several times more products than in all of 2022.
