I am passionate about technology and its ability to reshape the world for the better. I am equally passionate about people and helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. While I was once fueled by the act of creation that is so exciting at the earliest stages of forming a startup, I am now fueled by helping others grow an idea into a high-performing, sustainable company that provides an environment where people can learn and grow while creating customer delight day after day.
