Justine Palefsky is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kindred, a position she has held since 2021.

Prior to co-founding Kindred, Palefsky accumulated experience at several companies. She spent 6 years and 11 months at Homebound and 4 years and 1 month at Opendoor. Her career also includes a 2-year tenure as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2013 to 2015, where she also worked as an Associate Consultant Intern for three months in 2012.

Palefsky holds a ScB in Cognitive Neuroscience.
