Justin McGuire began his career in London's communications agencies, working across radio, TV, and digital, and leading global accounts for major brands. At age 26, he transitioned from corporate life to teach English in Honduras. Returning to the business world, he built a 7-figure division as a recruiter.
In 2010, McGuire launched MCG Talent in Dubai, expanding the business to London, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
