Biography

Julio Cesar Idrobo currently serves as Counsellor for Foreign Affairs of Colombia to the Organization of American States (OAS), where he focuses on multilateral diplomacy, international relations, policy advocacy, and strategic negotiation. He is a dedicated human rights defender and activist for immigrant populations, particularly Colombians, and is the Co-Chair of the Colombia Human Rights Committee based in Washington D.C.
