Biography

Julie Beth Zimmerman is an American chemist, currently serving as a Professor and Vice Provost for Planetary Solutions at Yale University. She also holds the position of Editor in Chief for the ACS journal Environmental Science & Technology, an appointment she received in January 2020. Zimmerman earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and her PhD from the University of Michigan.
