Biography

Julia Leung Fung-yee is the Chief Executive Officer of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. She joined the SFC as Executive Director, Investment Products, and later became Executive Director, Intermediaries Division from June 2016.

Prior to her current role, Leung served as an Under Secretary for the Financial Services and the Treasury under the Political Appointments System of the Government of Hong Kong SAR from August 2008 to December 2013.
