Julia Curlee is currently a Public Service Fellow at The Lawfare Institute. Her career includes significant roles within the U.S.

government's intelligence and national security sectors. She served as a Senior Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency and held the position of NSC Director for Intelligence Programs at the National Security Council, The White House. Earlier in her career, Curlee was a Military Analyst at the Defense Intelligence Agency.
