Judith Gerlach is a German politician born on 3 November 1985, in Würzburg. She currently serves as the Minister of Health, Care and Prevention of Bavaria, a position she has held since 2023. In this role, she is part of the Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Gesundheit, Pflege und Prävention.

Gerlach is also an active Member of the Bavarian State Parliament (Bayerischer Landtag).
