Juan Proaño serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), a non-profit organization. In this role, he leads efforts dedicated to advancing civil rights and empowering the Latinx community.
Prior to his current position, Proaño was a co-founder and managing partner at Plus Three for over 22 years.
