Juan Gualberto Guevara (1882–1954) was a prominent Peruvian Roman Catholic prelate. Born in Villa de Vitor, Archdiocese of Arequipa, he pursued his education at the Seminary of San Jerónimo and the University of San Agustin, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1912. He later obtained a doctorate in canon law from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome in 1922. Ordained in 1906, he served as a parish priest in Arica before being expelled by the Chilean Government.
