Biography

Jean-Pascal Tricoire is the Chairman of Schneider Electric, a role he assumed in May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the company's CEO from 2006 to 2023. He is passionate about utilizing digital technologies and electrical disruptions to optimize energy and resource usage, aiming to bridge progress with sustainability.

Tricoire began his career working at Alcatel, Schlumberger, and Saint-Gobain before joining Merlin Gerin in 1986, which was later acquired by Schneider Electric in 1992.
