Jennifer Petriglieri is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, where she focuses her research and teaching on identity, leadership, and career development. At INSEAD, she directs both the Management Acceleration Programme and the Women Leaders Programme. She is also the author of 'Couples That Work', a book exploring how dual-career couples can thrive in their personal and professional lives.
