Joshua Rovner is a Professor of International Relations at American University and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. His academic and research focus is on international politics and national security.
Rovner is the author of 'Strategy and Grand Strategy' (IISS Adelphi Series) and 'Fixing the Facts: National Security and the Politics of Intelligence' (Cornell University Press).
