Joseph Tacopina is an American criminal defense lawyer, media personality, and professional sports executive. He is the Founder and Senior Partner of the Manhattan-based law firm Tacopina Seigel & DeOreo, where he serves as a lead trial attorney specializing in criminal, civil, and securities litigation. Tacopina began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office before transitioning to private practice.
