José Raúl Mulino Quintero is the 39th President of Panama, having assumed office in 2024. He won the 2024 Panamanian election as the Realizing Goals candidate, securing 34% of the vote. Prior to his presidency, Mulino held several key ministerial roles, including Minister of Government and Justice from 2009 to 2010 and Minister of Public Security from 2010 to 2014, both under President Ricardo Martinelli.
