Biography

Jose Minaya is the Global Head of BNY Investments and Wealth, a position he has held since 2024. In this role, he is also a member of BNY’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining BNY, Minaya was the CEO of Nuveen, the $1.2 trillion asset manager of TIAA. There, he was responsible for the firm’s strategy and operations, delivering diverse investment capabilities and solutions to clients.
