Biography

Jorge Fernando Quiroga Ramírez, also known as Tuto, is a Bolivian politician and industrial engineer who served as the 62nd president of Bolivia. He is also recognized as a founder and investor, having completed a Stanford GSB Sloan's Fellowship.
