Biography

Jordi Quoidbach is an Associate Professor of Behavioral Decision Making in the Department of People Management at ESADE Business School in Barcelona. He previously served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University.

His research focuses on the bi-directional relationship between emotion and choices, exploring how emotional states influence decisions and how daily decisions shape emotions. This work aims to help individuals make better decisions and foster more impactful social interactions.
