Biography

Jonna Mendez is an American former technical operations officer, photo operations officer, and Chief of Disguise for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Born in 1945 in Campbellsville, Kentucky, she graduated from high school in Wichita, Kansas, and attended Wichita State University. She was recruited by the CIA in Europe in 1966, beginning a 28-year career with the agency.
