Jon David Levy is a senior United States district judge for the District of Maine. He previously served as an associate justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court from 2002 to 2014, and assumed senior status as a federal judge in May 2024.
Levy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1976 and a Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1979, where he was the lead article editor of the Law Review.
