Jonathan Rauch is an American author, journalist, and activist, widely recognized for his commentary and writing. He currently serves as a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, a position he has held since 1996, focusing on Governance Studies. Rauch is also a contributing editor for prominent publications such as National Journal and The Atlantic, and previously worked as a correspondent for The Economist.
