Biography

Jonathan Panikoff serves as the Director of the Scowcroft Middle East Security Initiative at the Atlantic Council, where he leads the organization’s efforts on pan-regional Middle East politics and security. He also directs the South Asia portfolio. Concurrently, he is a Senior Fellow in the Atlantic Council’s Geoeconomics Center, focusing on foreign investment and national security issues.

Prior to his roles at the Atlantic Council, Panikoff had a career as a US intelligence officer.
