Jonathan Haidt is a social psychologist and the Thomas Cooley Professor of Ethical Leadership at NYU Stern School of Business, a position he has held since 2011. At Stern, he focuses on applying moral psychology research to improve complex social systems, such as firms, by enhancing social and moral capital and mitigating issues like cheating and short-term thinking. He co-leads EthicalSystems.
