John Polito serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Commercial & Technology at Airbnb. In this role, he leads the Commercial & Technology Legal team, collaborating with Airbnb's Engineering organization to support its global communities. He also oversees commercial legal efforts and partnerships across the company.

Before his current position, Polito led Airbnb's North America litigation and regulatory teams, coordinating global litigation and regulatory matters.
