John Maslin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vulcan Elements. He previously held a significant role as the financial manager for the U.S. Navy's nuclear propulsion program, where he was responsible for executing a $2 billion annual budget. In this capacity, he financed and procured sensitive materials and components essential for nuclear reactors used on the Navy's newest aircraft carriers and submarines.

Prior to this, Maslin served as a Navy Supply Officer.
