John Elder Robison is an American author, scholar, and advocate dedicated to increasing public understanding of neurodiversity. Diagnosed with Asperger syndrome at age 39, he works to help schools, businesses, and government accommodate and encourage individuals with differences. He is a Neurodiversity Scholar in Residence at the College of William & Mary and an advisor to the Center for Neurodiversity at Landmark College.
