In his current role, he focuses on leadership, strategy, and organizational development, aiming to align the club's vision with impactful strategies and foster high-performing cultures.

Prior to his current executive position, Longmire served as the senior coach of the Sydney Swans in the Australian Football League (AFL) from 2011 to 2024.
