Biography

John Fell serves as the Deputy Director General for Macroprudential Policy and Financial Stability at the European Central Bank (ECB). In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the ECB’s semi-annual Financial Stability Review and guiding the development and coordination of macroprudential policy across the euro area.
