Biography

John David Rainey is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Walmart, where he oversees the company’s financial operations, corporate strategy, global procurement, and investor relations. In this role, he and his team are dedicated to supporting Walmart’s mission to help customers save money and live better.

Prior to joining Walmart in May 2022, Rainey held the position of chief financial officer and executive vice president, global customer operations at PayPal.
