Johannes Krause is a German biochemist, born on July 17, 1980, in Leinefelde. He currently serves as the Director at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology. Additionally, he holds the position of Honorary Professor at Universität Tübingen. His research is primarily focused on historical infectious diseases and human evolution.
