Joel Manby is the CEO and Founder of Love Works, LLC. He previously served as the CEO of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Herschend Family Entertainment, the largest family-owned theme park corporation in the United States. Manby authored the book "Love Works," with all proceeds supporting the Share It Forward Foundation, Herschend Family Entertainment's charitable organization.
