Biography

Joe Powell is the Labour Member of Parliament for Kensington & Bayswater. Prior to his parliamentary role, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Open Government Partnership (OGP). He joined OGP shortly after its founding and was instrumental in its expansion to include 78 member countries and thousands of civil society organizations, fostering a global coalition for open government, democracy, and against authoritarianism and corruption.
