Joe Ngai serves as the Chairman of McKinsey & Company Greater China. In this role, he concentrates on fostering long-term partnerships with CEOs, Chairmen, and families across the region, advising them on strategy, transformation, and operational excellence.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Ngai is actively involved in education and non-profit sectors. He holds positions such as Chairman of DiamondCab, Council Member of the HK Federation of Youth Groups, and Board Director for FoodAngel.
