Joana Castro serves as a Partner in Private Equity at Unigestion, where she is responsible for leading the firm’s primary investments strategy on a global scale. Her investment focus lies in small and mid-market buyout and growth opportunities.

Castro plays a pivotal role in integrating ESG principles across Unigestion’s private equity portfolio. She designed the firm’s climate impact strategy and currently heads its dedicated Climate Impact Fund.
